Your data
You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the financial records you create in ledg. You can export your data at any time. By using the service, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you have a billing issue, contact us at hello@ledg.ca and we will work it out.
Limitation of liability
ledg is a bookkeeping tool, not a licensed accounting or tax advisory service. The records you keep are only as accurate as what you enter. We are not responsible for tax filing errors, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on information in your ledg account. Work with a qualified accountant for filing and compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ledg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
